I ordered a 8GB simcard, usb cable for motorola tundra and a 32GB from this company. In new york we were having heavy rain storms and wind(high). I onoticed a box from the company in the road. I am disabled so my daughter who is 9 walked up and down the road and only found the *8GB sim card and the usb cord for motorola. the 32GB verbatim flash drive stick was not in there.I called the company that day.

the customer service did nothing. I have emailed several times to the company and when i called like 10 times a day a call is NEVER returned.

the email username upon ordering was: Sasha34***, the order was placed on June 3, 2013
