Everything Birdie ThePerchStore.net Deceptive online store changing website to hide under another name everythingbirdie.com, North Carolina

This company is in no way connected to theperchstore.net.   This company is doing business in a repuable manner with no customer chargebacks or unresolved complaints.  Customer Service is of utmost importance to me and I strive to run my business with honesty and integrity. 

I think the confusion lies in the fact thet I purchased their customer database as a way of starting up my customer base rather than begin from scratch.  I am positive that my many repeat customers will vouch for my excellent business practices.  You can read some of their comments on our Facebook page.  Thanks for allowing me to clear my name.

My order placed six weeks ago has not been received and my credit card was charged immediately.  If you are honestly a new owner and trying to start a new business this wouldn't have happened.  I have called several times and left messages and also e-mailed.  After a week now, I have had no response from you.  I will now contact my credit card company and let them chase you.

This is a warning to others that you are deceptive and not to order from you.

Hello. My name is Donald Kaylor Wayne Acree and I am the owner and manager of everythingbirdie.com This report was brought to my attention and I would greatly like to respond. My business everythingbirdie.com is not affiliated with theperch.net. I purchased the domain site for my business instead of starting from scratch because a) it was more economical and b) it was a much quicker process c) it would be viable to bird owners who needed a reliable supplier. I also purchased several other domain sites such as everythingbirdie.net, everythingbirdie.org, etc. to corner the market for my business.

I am aware of some of the on goings that happened in the past with theperch.net. You are correct in that both my business and the perch.net were based in North Carolina however they are in two seperate cities and I myself just moved to North Carolina from Florida. My company is also on file in Halifax County in North Carolina under the company name NCPetz if anyone would like to see proof that I am the sole owner and operator of this company, it is public record and can be accessed online.

However my business was not responsible for the business practices attributed by theperch.net. I would be more than willing to try to assist anyone with getting in contact with the former owner of theperch.net so their matters can be settled and I and my business can move on. In the future if anyone has a question or concern with everythingbirdie.com I would appreciate it if the person would e-mail me directly through my website instead of posting false statements that may hinder or slander my business.

My business has not provided poor service to anyone, nor taken monies without sending product. Since opening my business on Oct. 26th, 2011 we have completed over 900 orders to very satisfied customers and plan to continue. Thank you.
