Our house was insulated by this company. Our attic was supposed to be a R-38, when our air conditioning company went up to fix a problem in the attic, they noticed barely any insulation! They measured it and found out it was a R-11, they said it was 8 inches below what it was supposed to be! Talk about the worst! Not only did they lie to my husband and our general contractor they also had the nerve to double bill us a number almost double their origional bid!! We wanted Ewing Insulation to come out and fix it, but the girl that answered the phone refused to let me file a complaint and have the problem fixed! USE CAUTION WITH ANY INSULATION COMPANY! TALK TO THE OWNER AND GET A GOOD VIBE BEFORE CHOOSING! IF THEY LOOK AND ACT SHADEY THEY PROBABLY ARE!
