Ex Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich Current unemployment insurance fraud,cyber/gangstalking victim Tipton County Tennessee

I and my wife Tennise Charles are top graduates of Empire Education Group/Regis Salon cosmetology school of Jackson Tennessee #2903. I graduated top in my class 11/11/2014. Spouse 01/27/2015. We discovered the theft of our identities prior to 02/04/2017. We contacted the school to no avail. Regis Salon was contacted after a slew of wrongful terminations and harassment by Regis and their "partners".

On 05/07/2016 I filed a complaint with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission in Chattanooga Tennessee.It evolved into EEOC matters.Then CEO Hugh Sawyer of Regis decided to stalk and perhaps kill me and my spouse for seeking redress of grievances through the courts instead of putting me back to work as instructed by the EEOC/Tennessee Human Rights Commission respectively.In stepped then Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich whom prior to my enrollment in Jackson Tennessee had filed a fraudulent grand jury indictment on me in Shelby County July of 2011. I and my wife,after a successful preliminary hearing in Judge Rooks courtroom fled Memphis Tennessee not knowing the source of such vicious opposition to our upward mobility here in Tennessee as licensed cosmetologist,(175758/176627).

We were stalked out of Dickson Tennessee during the height of COVID 19.My job (#392640) at Pilot Flying J of Dickson Tennessee was seized 10/31/2019 after numerous complaints of harassment and discrimination.Somehow Pilot never reported my wrongful termination and theft of permanent pay card inserting spouse identity in the Jobs4tn system as working in their Fairview store. Spouse at the time was working at Great Clips of Dickson Tennessee Highway 46 as a stylist.

We weren't aware of the cyber/gangstalking we've experienced now since July 2011.

Fast forward to today. We are currently in Memphis. My spouse hasn't worked here in Tennessee since 2021(Sims Unisex) as a stylist. She was bludgeoned from behind on 08/20/2017 after we were forced to contact the state board of cosmetology.Somehow then Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich was bribed to make all of the complaints "disappear".Regis Salons filed my initial unemployment insurance claim for me stealing our identity with Jobs4tn.Jobs4tn is the organization that oversees the unemployment insurance in the to state.Regis Salon in conjunction with Empire Education Group has stalkers that have a strangle hold on our identities and state accounts/licenses.I applied for unemployment after being harassed and have my identity and wages taken from me at BBKings on Beale Street, Rendezvous,Sage, Prestigious Placement (Fed Ex)2021-2023.

I noticed Amy Weirich has been stealing our unemployment since she somehow had it cut off during the height of COVID in San Diego California. Regis Salons/Empire Education Group using a team of Memphis police and prosecutors to cyber/gangstalk us all over the east and west coast seeking to seize our unemployment and incapacitate us as they have now.

We have been holed up in this hotel for over 17 months.Paying in cash. I've received fake mail out of Utah recently.We were stalked out of Fillmore Utah September of 2020.Regis Salon had a warehouse both in Chattanooga and Utah while they fought like hell to keep me and my spouse jobless and penniless in constant retaliation for my complaints (05/07/2016) in Chattanooga.Again ,then DA Amy Weirich while cyber/gangstalking the life out of us,moved our matters to her jurisdiction here in the 30th and promptly "settled" the matters here in Shelby County using a childhood associate that had been around cosmetology for decades but was unable to pass state board.

Mrs Weirich inserted my name as "Brien Charles" in the Jobs4tn computer system. As I have filed for unemployment the system has detected fraud. Mrs Weirich has been accessing,taking thousands of dollars from these accounts since at least 05/07/2016***while she aggressively accesses our cell phones literally rendering them to listening/tracking devices for her ongoing criminal enterprise that spans the whole United States!!!Pilot Flying J of Dickson Tennessee owners the Haslams are Amy Weirich number 1 benefactors here in Tennessee. Very powerful biased people instrumental in Amy Weirich becoming Shelby County District Attorney.Pilot owes me over 4 years of back pay after seizing my job (#392640) but passing my exemplary on boarding task scores out to many incompetent associates allowing them raises while seeking to block me from eating all together!!! I believe Pilot "hired" Amy Weirich to help them get past their ongoing crimes against me for exposing their racist,unlawful practices regarding me and my spouse. My unemployment insurance is being held up because Amy Weirich is using our identities in the counties where she now "works".She fighting desperately to maintain our identities crippling us!!!
