The Excella card company has rejected a deposit from my I.R.S. tax refund to my check account. They did not send me a notification to my email warning me of their new policy that set forth a 5,000 dollar limit into the account. Also, a notification should have warned all customers before tax season. I have loans and bills to pay off and now I have to find a way to deal with this situations. I have money but then I don't have money.

Excella card rip off

I had a descrpency with Excella card do not load your tax refund on it all of the customer services agents are rude and disgusting and I can't understand a word they are saying. I called Excella 5days of me prior getting my tax refund spoke with a indian lady and she said IF ITS UNDER 10,000 IT WILL BE LOADED ONTO YOUR CARD. Which to have me believe everything was okay now I'm hearing they rejected my check and sent it back to the IRS when I'm going through emergency issues right now. They all sound like a bunch of robots even the alleged supervisor is saying the same thing im taking my account out of Excella they are disgusting.
