Excelsior Bank and Trust provided me with a $5000 line of credit to purchase a used vehicle. This was provide under terms of 3-yr repayment with a decent interest rate. However, last month they asked for my payment in full after only 15 months! I was forced to take out a higher interest-rate loan at another bank to make the payment!

This should be illegal! Why would they call it back if they knew I didn't have the money, which is why i needed credit to begin with??
