01-17-08: We bought a sofa (USD 1600) and paid in cash. Promised delivery date: 03-29-08.
03-24-08: We called the store to check delivery status. "Everything is on its way" they said.
03-29-08: We called again to check delivery status. "Your sofa will be in your home between 3 in the afternoon and 8 in the evening". We spent the whole day waiting, nothing happened.
03-30-08: We called the store, magically now the sofa that was coming for us on Saturday was going to be delivered on April, 14th.
03-30-08: We went to the furniture store and magically again, now our sofa is avaible next April, 8th! The explanation was that they sold our sofa "by accident". The treated as like dirt... it seemed like we should be really thankfull to these guys for the huge effort to deliver only 9 days after promised (2 month ago)...
03-30-08: We wanted our money back. Manager didn't have enough authorization. My wife called "SAM" the owner, and after 10' SAM left my wife waiting on the phone. My wife hanged up and call his secretary again, and this guy was talking with another customer!! They say they care, this kind of attitude can show you how much they care about you....
03-31-08: We called again to talk with this SAM and we agreed that if by Wednesday He doesnt have our sofa, He will give us our money back.
04-02-08: Calling for our money, now there was a missunderstanding! while we think on this Wednesday (April 2nd), they think in next Wednesday (April 8th)! They "can't" give our money back becaue they already overpaid to have our sofa next April 8th (they never asked us if we still want our sofa, we've never have a chance to choose, they didn't want to listen you when you say "I want the money that you have had for the last 2 months back", the only answer that we received was "We can't, give until April 8th and if we can't deliver we will give your money back...). Actuall, they could work with our money and get interests... and we were only claiming money, no the interest we should claim!
04-02-08: This "SAM" needs to make some calls. We called Sam and the manager of the store to talk, they always said "I'll call you back", but if we don't call, we can spend hours just waiting.... oh no, I was unfair.. Sam called me at 9 in the evening to tell me that He is going to do what He wants to do, that is, delivery the softa a week later with any kind of compensation because I was going to fill a complaint....

Oh, I forgot a couple of details... this "SAM" when he was seeing in his mobile phone screen my phone number he didn't answer... but 2 seconds later we tried with our other phone and he was there !!
I strongly suggest not doing business with these guys... they don't care... they will give you what they want, when they want... and you don't have any right to complaint... we asked for our money back 2 days after this issue and we are still waiting... of course, we wait the sofa because as I said, you can ask but you will never have your money back...
