It has been over almost a year since I had dealings with this rip off company.  I am just now able to talk about how crooked they are. I agree with everything everyone complained with above.  They tricked me into posting a charge on my credit card without having a signed contract. I tried to cancel within 3 days and the guy said he already had 18 buyers interested in it after a weekend of showing it at a resort presentation.  Had 4 offers for me, two were at the highest price of the range he set.  It would just be a matter of days before the buyers would call me with the offers.  He asked me to make sure I was around that weekend and to give him a number where I could be reached to discuss offers with buyers.  I tried to call him back after a few days to continue to work with him and get the offer information. They would not let me talk to him and instead transferred me to customer service. He was always out of the office, sick or visiting
clients....always unavailable even during his work hours.  I continued to call customer service to try to get the offers. They kept saying it's coming, two are at the bank, etc. etc. Everytime there was an interest it would fall through. There never were any offers. They said they get peole who are interested in properties and send them a financial qualification pkg.  It's up to the buyer whther or not they want to turn anything in.  There is NO OFFER. It's a scam.

They tried to tell me they were and advertising company. I asked to see proof of advertising my property in all of the places they said they covered. I especially wanted to see the page in the timeshare presentation book where they visited resorts to show my timeshare. They would not give it to me. They only have it listed one place, on their website. Their brochure states multiple ways of marketing it and the face to face at the resort is what sold me on their services. It's Sept 13th,  I am feeling particularly bitter. Just called to try to get an update, two people interested and just sent out another financial package. The agreement was up 6 mo go, but they put you through another 6 mos of misery for free if it doesn't sell. The customer service person said that everything usually sells in less than 2 years, thousands of properties. I doubt I will hear from them again.  I hope we can legally put them out of business soon!
