EXCLUSIVELY BIG & TALL EXCLUSIVELY BIG & TALL MENS STORE Ruined / destroyed two suits by poor tailoring! No apologies! SCOTTSDALE Arizona

 I gave the store Exclusively Big & Tall two expensive suits one brand new, one slightly used for tailoring. I paid in cash (uniquely the store only accepts cash). When I tried both suits on.... the arms where stitched so one could not place his arm fully in the suit!

The suits were also tailored to the extreme almost to the point of being comical! Thus ruining the suits.

Upon making the owner Lynn Lutzker aware, (she tried to pawn this over to her tailor and did not identify herself until I asked to speak with owner)?..She hands money back with no apologies and when I inquire if she will do anything further as the suits are new and ruined, she states get me receipts...though she knows the pricing of these suits she tells me She does Not Want To Over-Reimbursed Me! and this is an owner of small store!

I have waited one week to hear from her and to date no Apologies or call for reimbursement.

So much for Exclusively Big & Tall and Lynn Lutzkers Professional Business sense!!

Still wonder about Cash only policy on those transactions is it because of poor histroy of tailoring or why else does one only take cash??
