Surplus Alert sent my personal information to Exective Marketing who represented themselves as Brightbuilder on the phone. Their sales pitch was smooth, tired of working for others, want to get on the internet sales rollercoaster make money from home, forfill your dreams etc.

The first clue this was fraud, the salesman refused to send information until he had a credit card. This is very expensive software, just return it unopened and we'll refund your money.
Then when the third party verifier got on the phone, he immediately say's, I've promiced these people nothing.

This was the most profetic statement they could have made. It is the true represention of what you will get for $6850.00. Before my wife got off the other extension, I asked her what did we just get ourselves into? We started first thing Monday calling the phone # to cancel. No one answers the phone!

The message says' we're out until after the first of the New Year! Mean while, their Coach calls. He does not know the company Brightbuilders, Who sold me the package, or how to get into touch with them.

This senerio repeats itself for weeks! Each company that calls me claims to be the forefillment company only for one of my packages. They don't have my money or how or who to get it back from.

When I finally do find out it was a sales company, not Brightbuilder I purchased from, the evasive, abusive, verbal insult tactics start. They denied everything! Did not even know who sold me the package! Months later, I was told he was let go because of problems with his sales tactics. They kept asking me if I had recorded the phone conversation. This is so that they can lie some more, and deny what was said!

They had the gull to claim my dispute was with him, not Brightbuilder or Exec. Marketing. Then there are the additional fees ploy!

Everything that I was told was included in my 5 Packages, required additional monthly fees, initiating fees or was extra. For example, $30/month and $1400 more up front for the tax advantage I had been told I purchased! I kept asking what did my $6850.00 pay for? Never got an answer. Their favorite comment, we never promiced you to make money. Only that they would work with me until I made back my investment.

This was ploy #2, drag everything out as long as possible. The whole while your paying montly hosting fees, for nothing. During the 6 months with their company I did not generate a single sale. Look up Leather goods on the internet, to find my store, it would never show, anywhere!

Ploy #3 was, to get you so flusterated that, you quit or loose your temper with them. Once that happens, They claim your abusive and that voids the contract obligation and they don't owe you a refund!

Most of what they give you, is available for free. The kinds of coaching advise for marketing, send emails of your Grand Opening to your friends and, relatives. As a sourse of product to sell, part of my package, sell items from around your house!

If anyone tells you to pay fees to buy into a internet sales business, RUN! If Brightbuilder calls on you, don't believe anything. Your not even talking with a Brightbuilder employee!

Oh, During one of my flustrated phone conversation, after 30+ mins of abuse, I told them to "I hope you Eat S**t and DIE! They told the BBB and Our Attorney General I threatened their lives.

By the way, they record everything. Edit out the parts which support your statements. Then email them to you saying, this is what you said, BULLSHIT!

RECORD EVERYTHING, WITH EVERYONE IN THEIR CIRCLE of SCAMS!

My last conversation with them, they refused my refund again. My first conversation I had with them, "We've never refunded anyones money yet!" This is their only redeaming quality.
They are steady on the same subject!
