My contractor hired this company to install a brand new Trane HVAC in a house we were rehabbing. After he installed it, he wanted his $ on the spot. He said the cost was $3600. I could not get him his $ immedatly as I was out of town.  He kept calling my contractor non stop saying that the IRS was after him and that he needed payment ASAP. I told him that I could not get to him ASAP. He asked if I would sign a check so he could show the IRS that he had the payemnt and that he would cash later. I wrote him the check and he cashed immedatley and I bounced a check.

I get into town and go look at the the new HVAC and it was not a TRANE. It was a no name HVAC and when i looked up the true cost of what we got, it was $1500 unit. I told the guy that this was not a Trane and he said that it was in the Trane family! I told him I needed a warrnity and the theromostat that was to go with it. It also was not working properly from day one.

The owner Mike was near impossible to get a hold of. I had to threaten law suits. He then said that he would come 4 differnt times and never showed up.  I finally got someone else to fix it and pay them on top of what I already paid the HVAC guy. The repair guy said that it was a used and damaged unit. This would explain why there was no warranity papers with it. 

We are currently trying to take legal recourse. From others I have talked to that have also been scammed by him, he uses the IRS story so that he gets quickly, before you realize you have been scammed. He also uses the story that he cannot come out immedatly to service the unit because he just had a baby.  He will continue to put you off with excuses or say he is coming and never show up.

So don't walk but run from doing business with this company or you may get scammed the way we were.
