Exit Realty Of Central Texas, Dion McCormick, Jack Stoker Scammed, deceptive practices, ripped off Austin Texas

Dion McCormick and partner Jack Stoker of Exit Realty Central Texas subleased offices in the Round Rock First State Bank Bldg under the pretense of being Executive Suites. Their advertising on Craigs List showed lobby and front office furniture and made claims that the offices were set up as Executive Suites. Two months before their lease was over they sold this furniture to to some of the former sublessees who were moving out even though there were still other sublessees who had signed contracts for the remaining two months. No notice was sent out to the other tenants and emails were ignored when we had the furniture removed from the premises. When we finally were contacted by Jack Stoker, he claimed Dion McCormick had been out of town. Claims were made that Exit Realty had been under financial stress so had to sell the furniture which also included refrigerator in break room. We had sent notice that we would cancel the check for that months rent unless we heard from Dion. When we did not hear from him we followed through with cancelling check. Jack Stoker threated us with small claims court which subsequently happened. It seems that the fine print of the contract stated that they were not responsible for changes to the bldg.. Both men denied thier fraudulent ads for Executive Suites. Dion McCormick and Jack Stoker are dishonest and should not be trusted.
