Exotic French Bulldogs Dee Singh, Divya Singh, Dee Carlin, Divya Carlin Sold me a puppy then once she had my payment demanded more money than agreed and refused to supply the AKC papers. It took 5 months after paying her before she sent my dog. Riverside, California

WARNING , Do Not Send this Woman money for a puppy, not even a deposit.  

She sold me a dog for $4000 US then asked for $800 US to ship to the UK.  We signed a contract agreeing this included shipping and Full AKC registration with full breeding rights.  She asked me for a $1000 dollar deposit which I paid.  Then she said shipping was imminent and asked for the remaining $3800 dollars for this and the papers.  I paid it in full.  She then ignored my emails for many months until I posted on her facebook page and on here.  She then offered me another puppy as the one she said I had originally bought had changed colour and the white chest had changed too.  I don't believe it was the same dog.  I accepted the new puppy.  She then shipped him without any AKC registration.  When the puppy arrived in the UK Dee called me and asked for a further $600 US to cover extra costs.  I refused to pay.  She refused to send the papers.

She had sent me the papers for the original dog already but not the dog.  So now I have papers and a dog which don't match.  

IDee asked for the $600 US extra and the original papers returning to her before she would send the papers for the dog I had recieved.  Obviously I refused and said I would sent the papers back when I recieved the ones I had paid for and that were part of our original contract.  Dee refused.  I even offered to meet a friend of hers she claims to have in the UK and exchange the papers and pay the fee (without agreeing it was owed) by hand.  Dee never set this up.

Avoid this cruel selfish woman, she is not to be trusted and is a scammer.   A disgrace to the USA.
