Experian Credit Reporting Unauthorized Charges for Monthly Monitoring Nationwide

At the end of January I pulled my credit reports from all 3 bureaus and my score from each. I was only agreeing to the one-time charge to get my score but then saw a charge of $19.95 come through for monthly monitoring. When I called and asked that this be reversed they told me they would not reverse it only cancel the account.

I explained that I didn't authorize these charges and haven't used the service at all. They still refused to credit me back what I was owed. Experian's website and business practices are deceptive. I can only imagine how many people have fallen victim to this revenue generating scheme. I will never do business with Experian again! Be warned.
