Zach Hill came to my door, supposedly sent by a neighbor to earn a sholarship as an intern at Boeing. He just needed to raise another $1000.00. My wife was glad to help him out with $300.00. He told her he lived around the corner and would return to help her with yardwork. He falsifed the receipt amounts and cashed the checks immediately. He is a very good scam artist and very convincing. He apparently turns up in cities all over the US.
