Expidia Hilton Garden Inn Rancho Mirager, California Expidia tried to make reservations for me and asked for my credit card info twice. They could not make the room reservations and told me that my card would not be charged. The next day my card was cha , Internet
I then asked her if my card was charged for anything and she stated no since the reservation did not go thru. I asked her several times more if the card was charged and she kept stating NO. We then ended the conversation and at no time did she e-mail me anything to say that she did charge my card. However on 10/05/2012 I found out that there were in fact two seperate charges on my card. The first was a charge for $119.43 and a 9.48 charge as well. Then the second was charged for the same amounts again.
In contacting them the same day to find out why the charges were made I was left on perminant hold refused a supervisor and finally was unable to get anywhere. I want to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else and I think things like this need to be made public.
