Expired Domain Sleuth Software ceases to function ripoff Belevue Washington

I had used this product for a year, when all of a sudden it went into trial mode. I emailed these folks on two occassions. I received no reply. I never used the software on more than one computer, or shared my registration code. This software though functional when received, will probally not remain that way, and support is non-existant.

The problem was, I have an entire subnet of IP's, which I explained to them, every time they sent me a warning to quit using their software on different computers. It is necessary to have multiple IP's because the search engines eventually block you, for doing excessive queries. Instead of just checking and confirming that the IP's were consecutive, they killed the software. They should read responses to their own threats. Their software is great and works as advertised, however they kill flies with hammers.

Not sure why this person thinks he was not responded to. We have been in business for more than 5 years...and are very quick to respond to any issue. The user may have tried to re-install an old version...or upgrade to a version he did not have a valid key for.....even his spam filter could have blocked our response.
His key is still valid and always will be. We provide a full license key to help entrepreneurs find expiring domains that can be sold for a profit. We also have a subscription service which provides users with realtime domain lists, which help them pinpoint the domains they want. Properly used, our members have made a LOT of money from these posts.
