Very similar experience to previous poster. Went to website, signed up for 2 day pass for $1. Clicked on a link and was signed up without my permission for 'full access,' charged $39.95.

Immediately clicked on 'live chat' link on the page that is allegedly for customer assistance, and filled out the live chat box and clicked okay only to have the box close. Tried several times.

Then called the customer service phone number only to get a scam recording about winning a 'cruise'. Couldn't reach a real person. Am now going to have to call the bank and get the charge reversed. TOTAL SCAM.
