The people who run the website, if you can call them people, are in-fact con artists who are engaging in extortion. These people upload profiles and slander their names by associating these profiles with soliciting prostitutes. They then ask for money to take the profile down and people have reportedly paid these people without any success, but are out of pocket and appearing on different websites where they are being asked again for more money.
