I ordered a camera package from this company and it showed up without the lens.I asked for a credit back for the difference between what I was charged and the cost on their site of what I actually recieved.The difference was $251.00.

They said they had to charge me for the battery and charger!!!

They were only willing to give me a credit for $89.00 instead of the $251.00 that is owed!!

The camera and battery are shipped from the manufacturer to them so I got ripped off!!

I consider this to be bait and switch.They offer a low price and want to charge for items that come with the camera.

I still have not received the credit.

I got bounced around on the phone 6 times between people and it is unresolved....
