Express Group Rebate ripoff Wixom Michigan

Expect $20 Rebate from ExpressGroup since Jan. 2005. Contacted them several times in Fev, Apr, May 2005. No check. Replied 3 times. In all replies (emails), they say that the check has been mailed to me and wait 10-15 business days. They never mention the 90 days period. Called them in May 6-8 times, hang up on me several times after 20 min waits. Supervisor did not returned any of my calls. Finally got into the supervisor - she told me that the "check was too old to re-issue because it passed 90 days". I suspect that the check has never been mailed or mailed to a incorrect address on purpose. In all their replies, they lied to me about the status of the rebate so that the 90 days would pass and I am not able to receive the check.
