My experience mirrors what others have reported here.

I was contacted via e-mail offering a work from home job as a shipping agent.
The company website indicates that they provide local US based mailing addresses, and handle package shipping and consolidation.
The job offer sounded fishy from the get go with red flags, but since I was currently unemployed, I figured I would give it a try after putting monitoring in place on my personal information as well as my credit information. I also did a bit of research on federal laws regarding packages from USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make sure I would not be engaging in criminal activities.
I responded to the job offer indicating I was interested.

Several days later, I recieved a Job offer, and was provided a site "vacancy code" for www.application-portal.us.com, where I provided personal information, resume, and approved a background check.
A couple of days later, I received login ID and password for www.shipping-dashboard.com, and was instructed to complete W2 & I9 forms, upload them to my profile on the website, and then message my manager (Deborah Kaufman) via the shipping-dashboard.com website.
The next day, I recieved an e-mail from Deborah Kaufman which included Appointment Letter and Job Guide documents.
I left a voicemail for Deborah Kaufman asking for a call back to discuss some details about the job. I recieved a call back the same day, and we discussed some question i had.

One week later I recieved my first package. I followed the job guide, opened the shipping box, took pitures of the package, uploaded it to the website, re-boxed the item, printed shipping label, and dropped the package off at UPS.
Four days later, I recieved a package order, which entailed driving to a local mall to pickup an IPAD and earphones (which had been pre-paid for), taking pictures of them, uploading the pictures to shipping-dashboard.com, packaging the items, and shipping them using a provided shipping label.
From that point forward, I only recieved letters for various people from Discover card and from Synchrony Bank c/o Paypal Credit. Forwarding information for the letters was never provided, and each time I inquired about shipping information for them, I was told it would be posted in a few days (repeatedly). Several weeks later, there was still no shipping information provided and by this time I had accumulated 14 letters for 12 different names.

I had submitted an expense report for July (mileage, packing material, and Internet bill), which according to Deborah Kaufman would result in a check being sent out within 3 business days. Two weeks later there was still no expense check. At this point I had passed my 1 month from first package date, and inquired about the expense check and pay check (via the Messaging on shipping-dashboard.com and direct phone numbers for Deborah Kaufman and 800 number for Express Parcel Service LLC). From this point forward I received no further communication from Express Parcel Service LLC.

At this point it appears unquestionable that the job offer was a scam.
I have submitted fraud reports with USPS, FTC, and BBB in regards to this.  I have also contacted companies for letters mailed via USPS.
