express toll service center fraudulant billing of a plate number that has not been in colorado since 2009 denver, Colorado

I received a fraudulant toll road bill for $3.15 on a license plate that hasn't been in Colorado since 2009.  The fraudulant date of violation was 12/29/12.  This is no doubt a scam and I will not pay this fraudulant claim to them or the flakey lawyer that others have heard from.  I will also send this info to the Colorado AG.  I would invite express toll to come collect in person.  Tom,  Falls City, Ne.

Customer is Correct

This customer is correct.  A vehicle with the same number but being a commercial truck was misidentified.  The toll has been reassigned to the correct customer.  I appreciate the customer bringing this to our attention, but would have appreciated his calling us by phone instead.  Please call me if you have any further questions.
