Express Transactions-Steve Debit paper and cleaning card scam Montreal, Quebec

I am in the restaurant industry and have had a man named Steve calling both our store locations claiming he is our representative for paper products on our debit machines. He told me we had an order being shipped out that was ordered in October, this is now the end of January so I told him not to send it as I would refuse it if he did. He proceded to tell me he had to send it and I had no choice, I have call display and the number came up as 0000123456, so I asked his contact number and he replied he did not have one at this time and he would return a call to me in a half hour as I needed to speak to the owner of the company. I asked his last name and he would not provide one either, and he was claiming to be from a reputable company that we are not with.  I called the company and they had no rep for the area named Steve as well as never even hearing of Express Transactions who he was claiming to be an affiliate.  When this man called back I informed him again to cancel the order or I would refuse it, he then said he would charge me a re stocking fee that would be more expensive then the product.  I told him I called the company he claimed to work for and he then changed his story to working for someone elese, but would not provide the company name, I asked him for his Head office number and he said that was not my buisiness, i said oh yes it is because I am reporting you.  He then got very aggresive, swearing and yelling so I told him I would just call the police. He said I will call your head office and report you, I said please do then maybe I can find out who you are and who you work for.  He hung up on me.
