 My Husband & Myself hired Expressions By Gordon for our Wedding to do Our Photos & Video. During his pitch he made everything sound so good he'll provide this & that We should've known better when he was never in place 1 week b4 the wedding so we could pay him our deposit ..Well I'll tell you what we DID RECEIVE. I'll start with the pictures, First of All I asked will he be able to do both video & pictures 2 days before our wedding is when he told me he wouldn't be doing the wedding he's sending 2 employees that's able to perform the service as he would himself. They arrived late didn't know who the groom was they stood against the wall until My Husband suggested they take photos of the guest. No video congratulations from our guest which we were told we would receive, when we didn't get that he told us we didn't pay for our guest to congradulate on video. When he never said it was extra & he SPECIFICALLY SHOWED us videy o of another wedding saying we would get that too. Not to mention how is it extra to video our guest saying Congrats when it doesn't specify in his brochure either. I didn't get photos with my pastor or my guest well only 2-3gueat I did, or with each bridesmaid seperatly only 3 no or with my brothers, pictures was taken that he never gave us..Not to mention my guest took better quality pictures than his employees with better lighting. He showed up when we were cleaning took 10-15 pictures because I told him we didn't take alot of Important pictures, he cut himself some cake & left I will say his pictures were obviously better than his to employees he sent. Now on 2 the horrid video. I noticed that as I'm walking down the isle the Lady who short the video was pn behind my pastor, Long Story Short During the entire Ceramony Watching what's supposed to be our way to see our wedding day Our entire ceramony you can't see My Husband & I exchanging vows at the same time I mean only him or me..But what's prominent is the back of My pastors head, During our entire vows. The back of his head, you cannot see when we put rings on each other fingers& when our wedding party is being introduced well that's just not even in the video AT ALL My Parents sat on the right of the lady shooting video my inlaws on the left well there not on video AT ALL including everyone else on that side of the unless you count when she filmed the top of there heads only, she didn't know how to focus or zoom in or out on the video ..

I danced & wellwirh my sister & it's not on video Yes she got footage of Our first dance Bouquet & Garter toss, Calendar cutting..And & about 15 minutes of dancing but it wasn't shot good & we paid for 4hrs video 6hours photos well the Mom & Daughter doing the video & pictures left at the same time. When I expressed this to Gordon he made excuse after excuse for them ..And continue to tell us we didn't get certain video footage because we didn't pay for it...His apology was horrible because he said it's good video & any amateur can clearly see it isn't. I'm hurt & all I want is to be able to see the FRONT of My Husband & I during our ceramony not the back of my pastors head But I can't have that. He said he stand behind the video. I'm disgusted, I'm hurt & I've been crying all day the video is so bad we're embarrassed to show our family only we have watched it. Mr Ben is unprofessional insensitive he stated in a text response to my complaints to tell My Hubby hello ..DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOUR BETTER OFF LETTING A 15YR OLD FILM VIDEO, IF IT'S THE TWO EMPLOYEES HE SENT TO ME..I'M HURT & LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT THE BACK OF MY PASTOR HEAD! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU HIRE & DON'T BELIEVE HIS PROMISES! ALL LIES! SINCERELY "THE BACK OF MY PASTOR HEAD!!
