Hi to all those shoppers who purchase hair and beauty products on-line.Do not purchase from this company Extended Lengths. Com. They are a complete Rip-Off!

On the 28th May I ordered 6 containers of Schwarzkipf Osis Marsh Mellow Molding Paste for US $113.94 inclusive of shipping. I was aware that this product line had been discontinued by the manufacturer some time ago but liked the product and had brought from other overseas suppliers previously.

After 4 or 5 follow up emails in June I was informed by Sam that the product had been dispatched via USPS and give a so called tracking number. Didn't hear anything for 10 days so contacted Sam again who said that the tracking would update in 2-3 days.Nothing! Asked for money back. Nothing!

E-mailed Sam again Monday 23 July requesting money back and have still heard nothing.

Don't really care about the money but how many other clients have these guys ripped-off. Be warned do not deal with this company. Wished I had read reports before dealing with these B.......!
