Extenze Aka BIOTAB Nutraceuticals INC Extenze ignores attempt to cancel order. Internet

Curious, I ordered extenze one day back in September.  I called back later that same day to cancel the order.  I was asked if I would I like to cancel the porn movies as well?  Apparently, when you order extenze they automatically subscribe you to porn movies.  I canceled the movies, was told to keep the two DVD's they sent me, I would be charged a shipping fee ($3.49) and would not be billed further.

My bank account was debited $19.95 and $3.49 for the months of September, October, and November 2009.  The 800 number next to the charge on my bank statement was Extenze.  They had been sending porn movies, through DDI Video, to my p.o. box and charging my account.  They claimed I canceled the pills but not the videos.  I live in the country and check my p.o. box only when expecting a package. At the post office I refused the two items from DDI Video (Extenze) in November and they were returned that day.

They haven't charged me again, but I never got a refund (70.32) and they still have my bank info.  I called on 1/15/09 to follow up, was told that returns had to be within 30 days and they had not received all the movies.  I also asked them to remove my name from their data base but was told that they could not delete accounts.

The first two women I talked to were rude, gave me a lot of double talk, and when I asked to talk to a manager, was put on permanent hold.  This is a Major Rip Off company and they need to be shut down!!!!!
