Extra Professional Property Management, Inc extortion and/or negligence Baltimore Maryland

Extra Professional Property Management allowed a tenant to remain in my property for 5 months without paying rent. i repeatedly called their vice president (Donald Webb) and the property manager (Anita) and requested them (left messages) to evict the tenant. During this time, Extra Professional did not answer their phone and kept their office door locked and unaccessable. All i could do was leave messages and ring their office door button. it was as if they went out of business.  When i finally succedded at contacting and speaking to a newly hired agent (Duane Tucker)and the owner (Vincent Iwudike) I was informed that an employee of theirs (Anita) had extorted money, presumesably my rent money. i requested reimbursement of the extorted money and was told by the owner that he he would determine how much was extorted and would reimburse me. Several weeks and phone calls later they changed their story.  Now they claimed the tenant didnt pay rent for 5 months. He left at the end of the lease term and it was my loss. They did not evict him? instaed they waited until the lease expired and did not renew the lease? The tenant moved out at the end of the lease term after living in my apartment for free all that time? I lost $5000 as a result of Extra professional's negligence?

Extra professional did not send statements to me nor do they have adequate records of what happened during these 5 months. they simply were not manageing my property, were not accessible, and caused me to loose thousands of dollars. and they have not as of yet taken responsibility.
