It is unsettling to me the way the people at this place do business.  I don't know how they can be lie, mis represent, mislead, deny and cheat people all day long and go home at night and live with what they have done to people whom are already in unfortunate situations.  My daughter was left in a very bad place after a nasty divorce that left her with very poor credit.  She has children and need a way to safely get around and try to start over.  These people take advantage!! She purchased a vehicle and to say the very least it was a lemon.  She would of been better off going to a junk yard and buying something there. Not only did they mis represent in the add and stated that the air (which it didn't and the cost to repair was over $500.00) there were 7 other advertised feature that either didn't work or did not exist. The vehicle wouldn't even turn over 2 days after the purchase, when asking about fixing it they lied some more and talked around the subject. I could go on and on about the dealings with this place but it isn't worth my time to rehash the awful details.  But is worth the time to share with others so they do not get bullied into buying a car and make a mistake that they will regret for the rest of there lives. 

I am just horrified that there are people out there and in situations not of there own doing can get screwed even more by people that claim to be reputable and legit.  I feel for the unfortunate people that been taken advantage of by this place.

when ask about the features there were excuses .. excuse#1 sometimes there are mistakes in our adds and we don't always catch them.  excuse #2 when we had it looked over the air worked just fine. blablabla.. the entire experience was just unfortunate and after doing alot of checking around they really do not have a good reputation in customer service or otherwise.  I unfortunately should of assisted in the matter sooner.

Did they remove or damage the eight features after she took the vehicle out for a test-drive?

Extreme Auto Plaza tries very hard to keep customer happy and satisfied. Can you please give
us more information as we cannot find any records that match your complaint.

If you are in fact a real customer, you would know that we always go the extra mile to help our customers. We also have a full service shop, and your recollection of event do not add up as we would have asked you to bring in your vehicle to our service department and there are no records of such complaint.

Please contact us at 515 262-8003 and I assure you that we will do everything in our power to help out.

Please ask for Claudia and she will assist you and anything we can to get your daughter back

on the road.

when they locked the doors to the car lot office, and took out their gun and held it to your GROWN daughter's head until she signed on the contract to buy that lemon, I hope after she left (in fear of her, and her children's lives), that she called the Police, and they arrested those b*stards for false imprisionment, and assult by threat.
