This is a Scam so do not waste your time. You call around the country setting up time share appointmets reading off a script. You get paid by appoitment show ups if they qualify. I started on 4/4/ 11 so I did not see a check until 4/15/11 so they have you for a while. My first week 4th-8th I wrote 21 deals. They had my on record for 16 but I was only paid $80 because they said I only had one appt. that went through.

I was also forced to work week 2, 11th-15th so I could see my first check. The checks are paid at the end of your Friday shift so last night there were people that live week to week crying in the parking lot. It was real sad and has convinced me that it is my duty to create awareness. One guy has a wife, no car, and a three year old, he quit his job at Burger KIng to work there. (he said he worked at Burger King for over 2 years so I am sure he was a good employee). SCOTT- ARE YOU READING THIS!!!!

During the hiring process you are told the appt. ratio is around 50% so people come in pumped thinking 20 deals is achievable and that they will make good money so they quit jobs to work there. The appt/pay ratio is less than 10% so you would think that as a company they would address that with retraining of staff but that was never the case-IT was sooo shady. By my 7th day I felt like one of the senior employees.
