You have got some nerve coming in this forum with your lies and implied threats!
You sir, are a bare-faced liar. You sold us the lie that the AlphaMultimedia business is a profitable "hands-off" business.. in your words.."you can sit on a beach with your laptop and check up on your machines and the dollars coming in". You sold me (and many others it seems) on that aspect, as I had little time on my hands to go hunting down my own advertising clients. Now you are saying that this business is not suitable for some people? ..as if we were negligent or did something wrong? You didn't say that when you were taking our money. What you said was that the only work we would have to do is empty the coin boxes, and even that you could get AlphaMultiMedia to do (for a small fee).

It is unbelievable that you have started the same con under a different company name. I hope your potential clients at least have the sense to do a web search on ALPHAMULTIMEDIA or EXTREMENETKIOSKS to hit on information like this, and not lose their life savings to you and your cronies.

I suggest that others post to this forum or any other similar ones and make sure that the words EXTREMENETKIOSKS or EXTREMENET KIOSKS or EXTREME NET KIOSKS are in the post. People who are doing their due-dilligence before investing in his new company will find it an know the truth. Spread the word. Put this slimeball out of business!

It was carried out with tactics of persuasion, constant lying, deception, malice, intent to harm, and carelessness to the nth degree. And you know it! You knew from the beginning that you were going into bankruptcy but still took investors money. You sold used kiosks as new. You informed investors that you had national ads ready to go, when you clearly didnt. There is also very clear indication of Director Fraud.

No matter what you say now, you have dug "yourself" in hole so deep, you can't get out. Hence you played the bankruptcy card. That was your plan from the beginning. That was the Ace that made the fraud work for both Marcel G. and Mark S. Two people cut from the same cloth; running the circus day in and day out at Alpha Multimedia, and now Extreme Net Kiosks.

Every step you made and every email you sent was calculated without a shred of consciousness; frustrating to the 100's if not 1000's of hard earning investors that you have purposefully defrauded. You should be ashamed that you even wrote to try and validate your intentional misgivings.

It is also a shame that you are employed at Extreme Net Kiosks now, ( Brian D'Eall ), and think nothing of the investors that have lost their homes, lives and marriages. And yet, you still seem to only focus on continuing to defraud more investors by hosting seminars full of the same lies, (if not more), in Montreal and elsewhere.
