Eye Rejuv Misrepresented their product. They said to try a trial size, then I was charged $101 twice for two products. Nowhere on their website did it say they would later charge me that amount. I would have seen that. I called them and told them, they never said they would charge me and the size of the jar was way to small to warrant such a cost, and I told them I had a reaction to their product, and the woman I talked to said there was nothing she could do for me. I told her, wait, you guys charge that amount and your product is not even guaranteed in case one might be allergic to it? I asked her if there was a supervisor I could speak to so that I could clear this issue. I told her I would even pay a reshelf fee as $200 is too much money for me to spend on this product. The woman I spoke with was not willing or able to help me at all. Internet

The advertisement was on Facebook and it sounded very interesting, so I clicked to read more.  Nowhere in the website did it say that one can use the product for 14 days after which they will charge my account $101 for each product.  It said to click for a trail size of each product and I paid for the postage.  It took several weeks to get the product  and I had it for about a week and it burned my face and I broke out on my cheeks.  I was going to contact them to tell them not to send any further shipments.  But when I went to my email, I got two emails from them that they charged me $101.36 for each product.  I called the phone number provided in the email. 844-965-4526 and I spoke to a woman.  I told her that I was not informed that my account would be charged the amounts and if they had already sent out another order.  She told me it was for the order I had already recieved.  I told her it was a small trial size.  and she said no it was the product, I told her those small product sizes do not warrant the cost, and I told her I only had a week to try it and she said they had sent them within the proper time frame.  I told her that in any case, it burned my face and I got a rash from it and that I must have an allergy to it.  I told asked, "Does this product not come with a gaurantee? She said, there was nothing she could do for me.  I was charged $202.72, plus what I paid for the postage and I cannot even use this product.  The size of these product for the price is such a huge rip off, and the fact that they do not gaurantee their product and their sale tactics are such a huge rip off.  I cannot afford this and they overdrafted my checking account.  I am on a limited account and can't affor this.  If I would have read it would cost so much for this product I would have never sent for the trail because I would not have been able to continue using it if I did like it.
