We were sold a product based on a demo then delivered a more primitive prior generation product. Tim did not immediately see the problem with having shown us one product when selling and delivering something else claiming he has thousands of customers (later reducing this claim to hundreds) making money using his product.

When contracting, we were not told we would be communicating with Romania directly struggling through communications, having to reference dictionary definitions in exasperation trying to convey requirements. He hires young developers and expects his clients to pay for their learning curve.

Support documentation for their products was none existent. They would then bill us PRODUCT DESIGN prices for time asking questions.

The product eventually delivered was buggy and inferior requiring endless hours and resources trying to bring up to par.

I am convinced Tim will say anything to get you into contract, after which he has yet another product to sell you when you realize your original purchase isn't what you expected.

He has created an extensive web presence contributing to the deception of how established Eyepartner is. Check the Florida State Attorney General's website for their incorporation information rather than believe what you hear or read from Eyepartner.

Following our nightmare, I posted a few things on the web and have heard from five other parties. We have started a gmail group: eyepartnervictims and are interested in hearing from others.
