EZ 1 Rate/Discover Enterprises Big Sham....do not even speak to them Carson City Nevada

First of all, I want to thank the person who wrote the first review. I have been to my bank and disabled the card that they were given the information on. Found a $2.05 charge on the account when I went.

My bank gave me the phone number 866-916-8814 in connection with the charge. I called and was told to hold, I said I could not and she said "you will either hold or call back later, your choice!!!" So, I decided to call back later.

Later, I call back. Wait about 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They ask my phone number and say they have nothing associated with it. I proceed to tell the lady about the charge. She asked if I had received a call and accepted the offer. I told her, I received the call, but told them to cancel the offer. She then asked the name of the company and said "That's not one of my company's." When I inquired further, she stated that was not a company her company did any business with.

The company who charged my is called Discovery Enterprises according to the very rude woman who kept answering the phone. So, I'm sure it is a scam company too. When I asked her if they didn't do business together, how I got charged by her company, she hung up. (Real impressive customer service there;|).

I argued with the man from EZ for over an hour, giving him detailed info on the complaints we found online as reasons I wanted to cancel the transaction with EZ. He kept being pushy and saying all companies have some problems, we are trying to correct ours. I said, "Fine then prove it by cancelling this transaction and I will even get on the internet and report we parted as friends."

Well, he did sound of Indian decent when we first got on the phone. Mike Cleaver Agent ID 4047 is the info he gave me. After the call escalated to an argument, I was told I was talking to Jon, but the phone never changed hands and he sounded Indian also, until later. After I got him with his own logic, he got really mad, and guess what, he speaks English as well as I do.

He said "Fine, I won't charge your card. You're making a big mistake, opportunity only knocks once!!!!" My response "Yes, but sleazeballs and schiesters just keep coming back." And then I found the $2.05 charge that Discovery Enterprises (who doesn't do business with EZ 1 Rate) placed on my account using the card info given to EZ 1 Rate???? They, Discovery, told me it was a pre-authorization charge. For what, I have done no business with Discovery and they don't do business with EZ.

DON'T do business with Discovery Enterprises or EZ 1 Rate. Both scam artist. I will file a complaint tomorrow with my banks fraud unit against Discovery. Hopefully, they get some kind of fine, or found out and shut down. Best wishes to all who read this and I sure hope you read it b4 giving them any info.....
