Found this company and hired them to do SEO. After four months and lack of any sign of increasing traffic or sales I requested a full refund. They have refused to refund anything at all. Reasons given to them for refund request: 1) Copy they wrote and posted on sites was poorly written (was assured I would be able to approve copy), 2) Copy written was Bus to Consumer when I over and over explained we are a B to B business, 3) Communication with staff was difficult (English is not their first language) as they work out of a boiler room type of operation in India, 4) Wasted my time providing useless Google Analytic reports and 5) No significant increase in traffic or conversions.6) Billing third-party company they use billed my account early causing more headaches. When I explained this lack of any progress and said I was quitting their Senior Manager of Projects got involved and very aggressively encouraged me to stay the course. He said he would review the progress and reports and we would have another call. When it came time for the call, he was not on the call and did not fulfill his commitment and was very unprofessional. Good talker but still part of the scam. Asked for a refund several weeks ago without any success or counter offer. This foreign-based company is masquerading as a US one and everyone needs to beware that I spent $1,200 and got no return on my investment. I was sold a bill of goods and hope this firm fails as more and more comes out.
