Placed an order on June 15th for contacts online with excontactsusa.com.  Repeatedly had to call to find out why the contacts had not shipped.  Was told 5 different stories by 5 different people - the manufacturer hasn't mailed them yet, they're on the way - don't call us we will call you etc.  (all documented btw)

When I finally threatened cancellation of my order, they shipped the contacts out.  On top of the 2 weeks I had already waited, it was an additional 6 days plus to finally get the contacts.  When the contacts arrived, they were the WRONG contacts.  I had opened one box before looking at the prescription (which is completely my fault) but no contacts were opened.  Called them back and it was another 2-3 weeks of back and forth about returning the contacts.  They insisted that I pay for the return shipping (despite the fact the prescription sent over to them was correct and they shipped out the wrong lenses).   I was so tired of dealing with this situation, I just shipped them back myself on my own $ and wanted to make sure I had a UPS tracking number.  

The contacts arrived to them in 2 days and I called, and called and called.  I emailed.  I contacted Chat.  Why isn't my money being refunded.  UPS showed the package was delivered to them on 7/12.  It is now 8/3 and I still was trying to get my money back - almost a full 2 months after purchase.  I was now told that, because the box was opened, they will NOT refund my money.  I can either reorder or have a store credit.  I would prefer to never have to deal with these criminals in Brooklyn again and pour alcohol in my eyes until they bleed before having to go through this nightmare again.
