Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Merchandise ordered 10-28-06. Credit card was charged at time order was placed. Order never received. Called, and was told that a tracer will be placed with post office.
and that a replacement order will be shipped. Still no merchandise. From then on no way to contact company. No response to phone calls or e/mails. Company will not refund money.

This company is a total fraud and needs to be put out of business and put in jail.Do not order from this company.

These people are full of it. The only reason I received an email at all, is that I entered a complaint against them.

After this Rip-off report was filed I received an email from EZinkjets.com that my order dated 10-28-06 was going to ship on 12-13-06. It also stated that it had come to their attention that a small percentage of their orders had not been delivered, and had been sent back to their facility.

It also stated that I may be one of these unfortunate customers.

These people are full of it. The only reason I received an email at all, is that I entered a complaint against them.

Do not let up on these people, until they are put out of business.

contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov and file a complaint with them. After enough reports are filed against a single company and they detect a pattern they will step in to investigate and charge the company with fraud. We all have to work together on this to get the ball rolling.
