Ezinkjets.com ripoff, rude, late shipping, partial orders, dishonest, slow processing, unhelpful customer service, no products in stock Chatsworth California

Do not shop at Ezinkjets.com

It took 3 weeks (20 days) before my order even shipped. Yes, you read that correctly, 3 weeks. Their order tracking system doesn't even work, and I had to call their long distance customer service number to even find out that it "shipped today".

On my order confirmation it clearly states: "Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days." Not 20 days...

The best part is, only a partial order was shipped today. The rest of the shippment is coming at a later date, when they can "get the ink from their supplier."

Ezinkjets.com may be a little cheaper then other stores, but don't let this fool you. Take your money else where, and get your ink in a reasonable amount of time without having to deal with their rude customer service reps.

There is nothing easy about Ezinkjets.com!
