EZMELTS Rezmelts charged my credit card without my authorization Webberville, Michigan

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered trail supply of their products and was later billed and shipped two months supply of theeir products without my authorization. Called Wells Fargo Credit Co. and they called them and were told that there was a 15 day period in which I should have canceled the order. Wells Fargo said they would cancel one order but I would have to Pay for the Other. How do they get away with this shady Practice?

Free trial offers are common in direct response marketing on TV, radio and Web. EZMELTS has discontinued free trial offers in an effort to avoid this type of issue. As far as the company is concerned, all customer grievances and claims have been resolved including issuance of refunds in cases like this. The company has earned a B+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (the same rating as Google).
