I decided to look online to by an iPod, and I happened to come across this one. It was extremely under priced, so obviously I wanted to jump on it before they were all sold out. I was really excited to get my new iPod, so I sent the money for it as soon as I possibly could. The girl told me that it would only take 24 hours to ship, so I didn't think it would take as long as it did. When I got it a week after I was supposed to, I tried to use it, and all of the buttons are out of place, the wheel thing doesn't work, and the files are all WMA's and runs with Windows Media Player, when everyone that has ever had an iPod before knows that the files are supposed to be AAC's and use iTunes. So I told this person that she ripped me off, and I want my money back. I told her also that I would send her fake iPod back as soon as she sends me the check, because I know very well what would happen if I sent her the iPod first.

She said this, "First you should read what you are buying, there is no such thing as a fake ipodS, this is a 8gb ipod from CE read the add works with windows media player. IF YOU WANT APPLE IPOD 8GB FOR $68.00 GO TO YOUR LOCAL MALL AND TRY TO BUY ONE FOR THIS PRICE."
I actually looked up all of the criteria that goes with the MP3 player that she sent me, and it's not even 8GB. And, as far as I'm concerned, I should have to read ALL of the details if she's saying that it's a brand name, high quality product. I'm sure reading it would have made me realize that what I was buying was not what I wanted, but that's neither here nor there when it comes to me getting my money back.

I paid $68 for it, (shipping included) and I want it back. I will not send it to her first, because I am entitled to getting my money back first. I don't have patience for counterfeit products.

I also made a report with the Apple company, to make sure that if it happens again, they'll have a head's up.
