Models beware!!! F R O S T W E A R is a "clothing company" that pretends to want to hire models for 'high fashion' shoots (if you look at their website, you'll see that they make dresses out of newspaper, which any 6 year old could do).

They try to get as many models to express interest as possible, and then spring it on them that travel expenses will not be covered and a fee of $25 per model is required "because the MUA and photographer have to drive a long way".

If you object you will be treated VERY rudely and unprofessionally. If you go to the designer's facebook page ( http://www.facebook.com/pages/F-R-O-S-T-W-E-A-R/155796911227) you will see that the phone number listed is also the phone number of a photographer. Hmmmm!

This is a classic case of fraud. Having dealt with people like this before, the classic signs are all there:

-Promises of high-fashion and paid shoots that seem too good to be true
-Very little proof of any actual talent
-Pushy and rude when model seems hesitant, angry and abrasive when model objects
-Making models pay a "fee" for hair, makeup or photography

These are all RED FLAGS and this company is definitely a SCAM. Ladies, please stay away!
