FAIN Storm Shelters installed my $4000 Storm Shelter that I prchased from them and 2 weeks later in floated out of the ground and is unusable. I called them and they told me it was a poor install ( which they installed?) and they would charge me $800 to reinstall it which was what it coust to bring it 540 miles and install the first time. smh

I emailed Fain and explained my situation and they called me the next day. 2 days later I saw a backhoe coming down my driveway with their other equipment in the road. They fixed everything and apologized for the miscommunication. Evidently the person they sent out that want to charge $800 wasn't aware of the situation. Fain is a stand up company and I would recommend them to anyone. I tried to remove my complaint from Ripoff Report but they do not allow even the author of a complaint to remove them?
