These poor consumers answered an email and had $1189 taken out of their bank account. The reps Lee Anderson and Stacy Evens have avoided all calls for a refund and they had to cancel their bank account. The company never answers the phone. Police reports, FTC, FCC, and Attorney General getting contacted ASAP! Casselberry Florida

NOTICE: This is NOT a Customer complaint this complaint was made by an un-named friend of Mr. Manly who has also made several calls to our company to discuss Mr. Manly's file. His name is Joseph Johnson who works as a salesperson for the named Attorneys who are also seeking to acquire Mr. Manley's business.

Let the record show that this compaint emerges from the anger and frustration of a competing firm who is not happy about Mr. Manly's choice to do business with FLC Financial Planning Firm.

  Mr. Manley committed to and has been receiving Financial Planning Services from Fair Lending Coalition Inc. since July 21, 2014 at 2:33pm, at which time his financial situation was analyzed, and budgeting strategies were released as a financial plan to assist Mr. Manley with his Financial goals.

  At 4:57pm on July 21, 2014 our Welcome team made a recoreded call to confirm Mr. Manley's commitment, understanding and grasp of the plan as well as the fee schedule for our services.

   At 5:38pm on July 21, 2014 Mr. Manley submitted detailed information covering everything from covering from the cost of his insurance, electric bill, and each individual expense he faces monthly as well as his net monthly income. He also submitted details on his unsecured credit card debt obligations ranging from each billing statement to the actual CC number for us to prepare his Financial Plan.

    Mr. Manly agreed to make payment to our company via check by phone on 9/1/2014. This is how we acquired his banking details. As many people who struggle financially he was more than willing to ascribe to our services as questions and draw from our expertise until the actual one week after his payment was drawn. At this time we learned that Mr. Manley had also been consulting with Debt relief Attorneys that now threaten and continue to try to bully our company into going outside of our compliance policy and existing resolution practices that are currently in place.

   Because Mr. Manley does not have the resources to pay us and them as well. They have advised him NOT to cooperate with our resolution team. Mr. Manley has admittedly "changed his mind" on who he wants to partner with. And we have attempted on multiple occasions to resolve the issue with him and he refuses to cancel in writing per company policy or follow any of the procedures we have in place to fix these situations.

   At this point we have forced cancellation of our program for Mr. Manly without his co-operation and his funds will be released after 11 business days per company policy. WE WILL NOT BE BULLIED !!!
