Fairbank Capital And Equicredit ripoff deceptive company Salt Lake City Utah

We were new homeowners. Equicredit had our loan. They sold it to Fairbank capital. When they got the loan and I called them to find out where to send a payment, it took weeks.

I would talk to a different person at least twice a week. Each customer rep would tell me somethingf different.When I did finally get a so called supervisor, he said that we were 3 months behind with Equicredit and that we needed to send in those payments. Of course we disputed this and contacted Equicredit. I faxed and called and faxed and called. Finally weeks later i received a print out of payment history. It was completely wrong.

When i contacted Fairbank back they still were saying snd the payments in western union. We did. All the money was not applied. We had to do a forbearance agreement for 18 months. We couldn't get refianced so we agreed. I asked the rep how much money we needed to not have to do a forbearance. she said 5000. $1500 went towards attorneys fee. Please help. I am willing to go on tv, go to court, whatever to get out of this mess. and to get them (Fairbank and Equcredit) put out of business.
