Fairbanks Capital Corp, Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital ripoff deceptive company the business that doesnt give a dam Salt Lake City Utah

Fairbanks Capital Corp is an unfair and deceptive company. they charge late fees and attorney fees and do not disclose what they are for. We paid them off by refinancing in January and they have me under foreclosure since January I spoke to a customer service rep in January after I know they received the payoff check and i received my pay off letter and they asked me if i was going to make a payment.

I was so angry at them once again however they told me it was taken care of and now i am receiving foreclosure letters in may so i called again and the foreclosure dept (they have at least 1000 different dept and numerous phone numbers) told me i only paid them 30000 when in fact i have the copy of the check for 134000 now they told me they will call their attorney and look into it ha!!

they told me to call them back in a week i am so frustrated that this has been going on for over a year and yet no resolve.
