Fairbanks Capital Credit ripoff victimized many consumers Louisville Kentucky

This company has been ripping me off for months. They report to the credit bureau that I am late and then charge me late fees. They process my account whenever they feel like it and then they expect me to pay.

They recently sent me a foreclosure letter for late fees in the amount of 1,200 dollars, eventhough they have only had my account since May, 2002.

I would like to know how they can say I owe them that much, when it only has been 8 months. That means they would have to be charging me over a 100.00 dollars per month late fees, when I haven't been late.
