well after being ripped off many times from fairbanks they have finally won... we tried chapter 13 and thought it was going to go good til here we go again with this company and their bogas charges.. we never agreed to them and decided enough is enough here we had insurance and was charged for not having it and was given theirs.. then that wasnt enough we were in a bad bind and fell behind paid over 5,000 for 4 months late charges plus lawyer fee's ect whatever they could make up. then here towards the end they wanted 11,000 from us on the chapter 13. we finally gave up. my warning is if you are with this company run and run fast to get away from them i dont care how many time they change names they still continue to rip off people of their money and cause them to lose their homes. 3 years of being ripped off is enough for us.

Hi,That is what they want. People to just give up.I didnt give up. But they got my home anyway I didnt have the money to fight them and there crooked attorneys.
I tried for to fight them without an attorney,Going to court every month for almost four years.Never did get anyone to look at my papers.
Yes they won but somehow someway I hope they have to pay for their actions.So far no luck.The lawsuit settlement was nothing but a big joke.
Dont you know If I stole something from someone I WOULD BE IN JAIL These people get a slap on the hand.
Good luck though keep trying.You never know.Someone might actually here us

heres the update i saw one person whom had asked if they will file a suit on you after they foreclose ... the answer to that is yes they will they forced us into bankruptcy and like you always seemed to loose our payments and come up with bogas charges too try and slap on the loan . if you ask me you done the best thing let them have it . but do like we did stick it too them cause they sure stuck it to you without a worry.. calls at our home all hours of the night even holidays. even one of their reps cussed me out . and they call theirself business people !
whats sad is people are out their working their tail ends off too provide a home for their loved ones and they want to rip you off and destroy your life .
