Fairbanks Capital ripoff Lied and deceived us, now I am homeless They forced me to lose everything in my life and I want them to pay! Nationwide

Fairbanks took my home. I orginally wrote a rip off report on 1-19-2003 but since then I have lost my home and had to move in with family. They orginally said I missed 12 payments and set the foreclosure for 10-05-03 which was stopped the day before, because a third party made them a offer.

Now they are ripping him off too. He made them a offer and they agreed this was in Oct 2003. Now they ask him to release our insurance money to them 26,000 and they would agree to the offer so he did.

They took the money and ran they changed his offer and up it 30,000 more thousand from what they agreed to. The house is still in my and husband name, we are separated due to all this hell and being homeless. The person who was trying to buy it is having a very hard time getting in touch with anyone at Fairbanks (what's new)

I would like to know if I can do anything now? I am so tired, but I am even madder than ever, they forced me to lose everything in my life and I want them to pay!! I have document and logs on everything that has happened to us. Some one PLEASE HELP, I want them to suffer.
