Fairfax Lending Services I wired 900.38 to this company thinking I would be getting a 5000 dollar loan.Now me and my two kids and my husband are about to be homeless becuse we cannot pay rent or other bills. What you've stated is true for unsecured loans; however secured loans are different. Secured loans require a collateral. Real loans (coming from banks usually) do require it but it doesn't have to be money like Fairfax required.

Real banks will ask if you're willing to put your house or car (that you OWN) up for collateral if you don't have cash. It's a security deposit which is very believable on Fairfax's part. The difference is, they don't accept other collateral (considering how they are from Canada scamming Americans which means they can't just be sent a car and sell it for themselves) which is where all us victims should have inquired and been aware of.

They are tricky and smart. there are just some things that people don't think about when we are in dire need of money to consolidate our debts. It's a shame. some are smart enough to realize ahead of time. unfortunately I was too late.

No REAL lending institution requires money in order to give you a loan. What would be the purpose ??? You really should have known that.
And, if you had checked here BEFORE you sent the money instead of AFTER, you wouldn't be in the situation you are now.
You have learned a VERY expensive lesson which you should have known all along.
