When I was contacted by Charles Foster informing me that I had been approved for a loan I was excited. I had just gotten married and was in debt so my family needed the money. After I found out that I needed to send money to get the loan I was a little skeptical but Charles Foster assured me that they were legite.

Reluctly I wired the money and two days later we got the call but this time there was another voice on the line it was Gary Morgan. He wanted to let me know that my loan had not gone through and I needed to send another 900 dollars. I didn't have anymore money to send so he stated that I would get my money back on 5-16-07. I checked my account and there no money in there.

I had just spoke with Gary last week to make sure that I would get my money back. Now me, my husband and my two kids are about to homeless with no place to go. Will there be any justice for us. What I did was a very stupid thing trusting strangers with my money.

What you've stated is true for unsecured loans; however secured loans are different. Secured loans require a collateral. Real loans (coming from banks usually) do require it but it doesn't have to be money like Fairfax required.

Real banks will ask if you're willing to put your house or car (that you OWN) up for collateral if you don't have cash. It's a security deposit which is very believable on Fairfax's part. The difference is, they don't accept other collateral (considering how they are from Canada scamming Americans which means they can't just be sent a car and sell it for themselves) which is where all us victims should have inquired and been aware of.

They are tricky and smart. there are just some things that people don't think about when we are in dire need of money to consolidate our debts. It's a shame. some are smart enough to realize ahead of time. unfortunately I was too late.

No REAL lending institution requires money in order to give you a loan. What would be the purpose ??? You really should have known that.
And, if you had checked here BEFORE you sent the money instead of AFTER, you wouldn't be in the situation you are now.
You have learned a VERY expensive lesson which you should have known all along.
