i have owned my time share for about ten years and i became behind on my assessment fee, so they sent me aletter stating for me to contact their attorney about the past due assessment fees. i called and and they told me to call the resort ownership. I talked to one of the customer service and asked if i could make partial payments to get caught up as i was on disability and needed time to catchup and she would not work with me so now my resort will be in forclosure at the end of march if i dont come up with the whole 1500.00. iam upset that they will not work with me on this since i have been a member for so long and paided my time share off with no problem years ago.
something needs to be done with companys like this that wont work with consumers.
